Have your exterior light fixtures tarnished over the years? Have you had difficulty finding brass replacement fixtures? With the decrease in popularity of brass fixtures, the HOA Board has selected a new color option - oil rubbed bronze also called old bronze, autumn gold and burled walnut. Below are two examples of acceptable replacement fixtures which can be used to replace the lights on the front porch, back patio and above the garage. Recommended dimensions for height are any fixture measuring under 16.50 inches.
