Welcome to the official web site of the Stonebrook Homeowner's Association. Stonebrook is a community of 180 townhomes located in South Charlotte near the intersection of Tyvola and Nations Ford Roads. The community started in June of 2001, with the first residents arriving that November. Diamond Oak Development, Inc. is the developer who bought the land and laid out all of the lots. From there, Diamond Oak sold the lots to Mercedes Homes, which built the townhouses to sell.

Each person that purchases a home in Stonebrook has agreed to be part of the Homeowner's Association. Being part of the HOA means that we all work together to keep our community a nice place to live. Each lot pays the same amount of monthly dues to the HOA which goes into the upkeep of our community.

The pool is for the exclusive use of Stonebrook residents and their guests. Each unit has their own unique code to gain access to the pool. DO NOT let someone into the pool. In addition to the state laws posted at the pool, please note that our community recognizes the following guidelines:
  • Must have current year's pool pass anytime you are at the pool. Violators will be asked to leave. Pool Committee Members will check for Pool Passes.
  • No Glass containers/bottles at any time.
  • No Alcholic Beverages ie. beer, wine or liquor.
  • Smoking is strickly prohibited inside the pool area, please smoke outside of pool area.
  • Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in loss of pool privileges and/or a fine.
  • Inappropriate language is discouraged. Be respectful of your neighbors.
  • Accessing the pool outside of posted hours, including residents, is considered trespassing. Violations can result in arrest, fines and/or revocation of privileges for owners, tenants and guest.
  • Pool is for the use of residents of Stonebrook only. Must show proof of residency upon request via pool tag.
  • A maximum of two (2) guests allowed per residence.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, no exceptions.
  • Radios and grills are permitted at community sponsored events only.
  • Personal headsets must be used when listening to music.
