The Charlotte facility used by the association’s financial institution for processing homeowner payments is closing their operations in Charlotte and being combined with an existing, more advanced regional facility in Atlanta, Georgia. For this reason, all HOA Dues for Stonebrook assessments sent after June 15, 2012 must be sent to the new address.
Anyone using a bank or other ON-LINE BILL PAY institution to send payments to the association must change the mailing address in that bank’s, or other on-line institution’s, system in order to be sure future payments are sent to the correct address.
Please note that the bank where the association’s funds are held is not changing. The third party contractor engaged by the bank to process payments is closing their facility in Charlotte, merging it with an existing one in Atlanta and has assured their clients that the change will present an improvement in operations and levels of service. If you are using your bank or other on-line institution to make your payments, you must change the mailing address on their system to the address above in order to insure that we receive your payment in a timely manner.
Payments made through your Online Bill Payer with your banking institution are NOT sent electronically. An actual paper check is being mailed. Please allow 10-12 days for any check to be received through USPS. It is recommended that you schedule this payment around the 26th - 28th of the previous month for the current months dues to post on time and avoid a late fee.
